Echo pradžia ir pabaiga turi būti vienoda pvz dvigubos kabutės, o tada viduje daugiau dvigubų kabučiu negali būti, kitaip tu uždarai echo. Pvz.:
echo "<a href='http://google.lt/'>Google</a>";
Bus teisingas varijantas
echo "<a href="http://google.lt/">Google</a>";
Bus neteisingas varijantas, nes kaip matai ant href atributo naudojau dvigubas kabutes. :) O tu kaip mačiau ant savo paskutiniosios nuorodos naudojai neteisinga varijantą. :]
