	Problema išspręsta: Nekūrė config.php failo ir config_temp.php failo Taigi sukūriau config_temp.php failą padariau CHMOD 777, tuomet leido įdiegti, po įdiegimo viską iš config_temp.php perkopijavau į config.php failą.
